Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vozora AI (“the Service”). By creating an account or running a demo, you agree to them.

The service

Vozora AI provides an AI voice agent that answers calls for your business, captures caller details, and can book appointments. AI output can occasionally be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing important information (such as bookings and caller details) and for how you use the Service with your customers.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must have the right to use any website content, documents, and phone numbers you connect to the Service.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • break any law, or record calls without legally required consent;
  • impersonate another business, mislead callers about who they are speaking with in ways prohibited by law, or engage in fraud;
  • send spam, robocalls, or harassing communications;
  • probe, overload, or disrupt the Service or attempt to access other customers’ data.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Each plan includes a set number of call minutes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; after cancellation your agent stays active until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your business content. We retain all rights to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed calls or lost business opportunities.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
