Free trial

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial starting the day your agent goes live. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel within it at no cost.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are charged and decide Vozora AI is not for you, request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge — no questions asked. Email hello@vozoraai.com from your account email and we will process it within 5 business days.

Ongoing subscriptions

Monthly charges after the first billing period are generally non-refundable, but your agent stays active until the end of any period you have paid for. If something went wrong on our side (for example, a sustained outage), contact us and we will make it right with a credit or partial refund.

Phone numbers

Dedicated phone numbers are provisioned per workspace and released when your subscription ends. Number provisioning fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the number is active.
