Vozora AI (“we”, “us”) provides AI-powered call answering for businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and business details you provide when signing up or setting up your agent (business name, website, industry, notes, and uploaded documents).
Call data: when your AI agent answers a call, we process and store the audio, transcript, an AI-generated summary, and any details the caller shares (such as name, phone number, and the reason for calling) so we can deliver them to you.
Website content: if you provide a website address, we read its public pages to train your agent.
Demo data: for free demos we collect the email address and website you submit, plus the demo call transcripts.
Usage data: standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and reliability.

How we use it

To build, run, and improve your AI receptionist.
To deliver call summaries, lead alerts, and service notifications to you by email.
To provide support, billing, and abuse prevention.

We do not sell your data or your callers’ data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the product (voice/telephony infrastructure, hosting, payments, and email delivery), each bound to use it only to provide their service to us.

Call recording and transcripts

Calls answered by your agent may be recorded and transcribed so we can provide you transcripts and summaries. You are responsible for complying with call-recording laws that apply to your business and for informing your callers where required.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sensitive credentials (such as calendar tokens) are additionally encrypted at the application level. Each business’s agent and data are isolated from other customers.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; we will delete it within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

Google user data

If you connect Google Calendar, we access it only to check availability and create appointments your callers request. We store an encrypted refresh token and never read unrelated calendar data. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access.
